Bowls, crystal blocks, decanters, desk top, gifts & souvenirs, glasses beer, glasses spirit coffee, glasses wine, globes, manufacturer and importer. Our company is a wholly owned family business, started from a kitchen table in Feltham, Middlesex by husband and wife, in 1983. Two years later the business was moved to local commercial premises. At that time most business was conducted with local clubs and companies for trophies, awards and presentations. As time progressed, other glass engravers asked for the supply of glassware and help and instruction in the art of sandblasting. The business rapidly developed into wholesale. The company relocated the business to Dingwall in the Scottish Highlands during Xmas 1998. A main reason for the company to move so far, was a search for space. The newly equipped 6,000 square foot factory provides all the facilities the company could desire and has lead company into manufacturing their own product, thus creating employment in the area. The product range is aptly named Rock Tablets and now accounts for in excess of 25 percent of the companys turnover. Manufactured in 12mm (½) thick jade glass, the product gains its name from the running scallops along its edges. The feature is attained by a secret technique, which took two years of research and development and skips full of broken glass.
Currently, our company enjoys daily sales of glass and crystal items to hundreds of UK and European based glass engravers on a wholesale basis. Now a major importer, the company has built up a huge range of glass and crystal - over 1000 items appear in the price list. Such is the expertise gained over the years that a good proportion of engraving is now carried out in halftone style. This technique enables the engraver to faithfully reproduce photographs onto glass and crystal. A sample can be viewed on one of the rock tablets on this site.
