He is a former broker at Merrill lynch in Chicago, wanted to find a business that would be both profitable and fun. After over a year of intensive research he decided to open the company. Our company is a manufacturer and distributor of gift and stationery goods. Their products can be found in over 12,000 retail stores across north and South America, Great Britain, Australia, and parts of Asia.

The business occupies a state of the art electronic design and production center, an in-house bindery department, a photo studio, and an order fulfillment center. Owner says, id always been business-minded. The challenge of manufacturing something and selling it was very exciting. But the real attraction of the greeting card industry was the creative aspect of it; working with artists, copywriters, and printers on products that are always fresh and creatively diverse. During the first two years in business, we worked hard for recognition in the very competitive gift industry. Our owner worked hard in his search to improve and expand his product line with new talent, he met couple who had a company, near north graphics, that had been selling her cards for a few years.

Our owner shared his plan for the future of company and persuaded her to sign up. He continued to add more artists and introduce new product categories with much of his attention focused on promoting the talent.
