Please note we do not accept orders that are addressed to po boxes. All parcels are sent 1st class recorded, in the event of a parcel being reported as lost or delayed, you will need to contact us for the recorded number you can then locate it or make a claim against the post office .we are not able to take responsibility for any lost items.
