The group was established in 1992 and located at Nanhai, Guangdong, a large modern and famous enterprise group which professional in manufacturing and exporting Hvac products and tools. The company is one of the leading Hvacr products manufacturers in Asia. In 1992, we set up export-oriented company by joint-venture with a famous company in Taiwan, together with the long term Japanese partner Sanyo Bolima company.

In 2000, in order to develop china market, we cooperated with china little duck group and set up our air conditioner mass production base covering an area of 300,000 square meters. The brand for china market is little duck honored as china top brand, which is very successful in year 2000-2004. In 2005, our investment loss in other business began to affect the operation of our air conditioner joint venture business, so we stopped the cooperation with them and moved to Foshan city, and concentrate on overseas market only. In 2006, we got 10 years authorization from famous brand pioneer for use in Hvacr products.
