We are importer & manufacturer of by pass oil filtration equipment. We have attained an ISO 4406 standard of less than 14/9. In comparison, new, unused hydraulic fluid typically attains a standard of 16/11. We particulate contamination in accordance with BS 5540 PART 4: 1981 and ISO/DIS 4406 14/9, equivalent to NAS 1638 CLASS 6 (Hydraulic oil specifications). The micromag magnetic filter incorporates the most powerful rare earth magnetic material to remove metal debris from the oil. With the convenient mount on the our micron filtration system the micromag is easily viewed, whereby oil from the source is clearly seen passing through the magnetic core where all the metal debris is visibly removed and then pumped into our units where it continues to be polished/cleaned. The Micromag filters are suitable for removing ferrous sludge and chips on both water soluble and neat oils.
