Clapham's has been used for a long long time in the wood care industry. We use Clapham's to put a finish coat of wax on all of our cheese board products. It makes them smoother than a baby's bottom. Some people even use it on their butcher blocks after a mineral oil application to contain the moisture in the butcher block.
