Paul explains and demonstrates a host of useful rehabilitation exercises and protocols that every health professional should know to reduce, prevent and rehabilitate knee problems in their clients. Presented by: Paul Wright B.App.Sc(Physio). Dip.Ed.(P.E.) Paul is the director of Get Active Physiotherapy - which has clinics within many Fitness First Health Clubs in Australia. He has been a senior lecturer for the NSW Fitness Leader Program for the past decade as well as being a featured presenter at the Filex Fitness Conventions. He has presented nationally and internationally on areas including resistance training, swiss ball programming, rehabilitation and injury prevention. In 2002 Paul was named the Network Presenter of the Year for continuing excellence in fitness education. He also spent 10 years as a successful competitive bodybuilder before retiring from competition in 1993.
