Designed for CCD Imaging, this focal reducer converts any f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain (like the LX200) to f/3.3 for ultrafast CCD imaging and a wide field of view. Reduces field curvature providing a flatter focal plane with more in focus stars over a wider field. Threads on to the rear cell of all Meade LX-Series mirror-lens telescopes. Supplied with T-thread adapter shown to allow correct spacing between focal reducer and imager. Not for visual use.
