This small Qi Zi Bing Cha is very light and crumbly. It has started to take on a dark color and the bouquet is already developing woody and animal notes that are relatively mellow, complex and intense. On infusion and in the cup, it verges on brown in color. When stored for a few years under the right conditions, this green tea will become as black as any cooked Pu Er. It will then feature the earthy, woody and liquorice notes, typical of aged raw Pu Er teas. Net weight: 200 g.
