Clear AB is the before mentioned colour with a coating on one site, or half of the article. The AB refers to Aurora Boreal and adds a yellowish to bluish tint to the bead. The AB is an effect that is applied in vacuum onto the surface of the bead. It was designed by Swarovski around 1955. Although a very hardy effect it will scratch if mistreated.
